Teo is also a nickname for the name Teodoro and Teodor (in English, Theodore) as well as Teofilo.

Theodore, Teodoro and Teodor are generally Latin based words meaning "lover of a god" or "lover of God"

Teofilo is a Greek equivalent.... friend/lover of God/a god

All by itself "Teo" means god

People are calling you teo because of the t3o in your name.
The number 3 is often used in place of an "e" when creating a password that requires both letters and numbers. Notice the 3 looks like a backwards script capital "E."

They are probably calling you an arrogant prick....like Terrell Owens aka T.O. (teo) it is not flattering to be called T.O.
