Someone give this bigot a brain-ectomy, please.
*sighs* They're not even remotely evil and theres no solid evidence that the Jews had Christ killed (who was a Jew, btw). Even if a group of Jews did, how do you hold the entire religion responsible?

The Jews, the Romans and all of us sentenced him to the cross. None of us are good. The heart is desperatly wicked, who can know it? The Jews are often accused of this but remember Christ was a Jew and he said I lay down my life of my own accord. So the Jews did not kill Christ, they were some of the peoples that surrounded Jesus at the time and acted in accordance with Gods plan. His blood is on us all, because we are all sinners that are capable of many evils. But with his death we are all washed clean if we receive him into our life.

The Romans killed Jesus not the Jews. The Jews chose Barabbas instead of Jesus but they were not alone. The reason why Jesus came to Earth was to die. He chose of His Free will to do so for our sins that our relationship with God could be restored (All His Life on Earth He knew it would happen.) So we all, past, present and future had a hand in His death. If not He would never have come.
Please do not call people evil only the devil is evil and some actions are evil. Nobody on Earth is perfect, we all have sinned and fallen short of His Glory. The Bible says that while we were yet His enemies, Jesus came and died for us.

Gods, why do so many people rag on the Jews? What did they ever do to you? How about this: Why are all American caucasians so fat? And do all women have long hair? The Jews killed Christ (who was a Jew) because it was meant to be. AND JESUS WAS COMMITTING HERESY. As did Martin Luther, and Calvin, and many others. If a man walked up to you and said: "I am God, I am the Son of God, I am here to save you from your evil ways," what would you do? You would think he was crazy and have him locked up. Back then, they just killed crazy people. It was the most humane thing they could do.

WHHHOOOAAAAA! Christ was killed by the Roman Empire, but the Jews of the time did not use their ability to save him and cheered him to his death. This was mainly at the urging of the SanHedrin (not sure of spelling). This was due to fear about the disciples Jesus was generating. Jews today have about as much to do with that as a German American had to do with the Holocaust. Incidentally, the question you asked was used by Hitler to help justify his inhuman policies. Do you REALLY want to be associated with him?
As for evil, they are not, and even Jesus forgave them with the words "for they know not what they have done." If those who nailed Jesus to a wooden cross were forgiven by him, don't you think you might get around to it some time?

I may go along with the concept of the religious Jews that were in power at the time being instrumental in the death of Christ, but I will not make a blanket statement that the Jews killed Christ.

The Jews had not the power to kill Jesus Christ, it was actually the Romans who killed him. The Pharisees wanted him gone from the area, but not dead. They eventually handed Jesus to the Romans, and when Pontious Pilot gave the decision to the mob, someone used mob psychology, and that's what happen. The Jews did not kill Jesus. Anyways Jesus is a Jew, and Jesus is not at all evil.

Jesus was a Jew! Jews didn't kill Jesus, Jesus was a radical and saying some extremely blasphemous things. Back then you got stoned to death if you were a kid and didn't do what your parents said. Stone to DEATH!
Can you imagine why they'd be slightly offended when a guy comes in, "yeah, hi, I'm the son of God... No really, the literal son, like, I'm divine and all" Of course they'd be mad, and Jews didn't kill him, the Romans did. Do you blame gun manufacturers for murders, or the murderers?
The Jews are the gun manufacturers,Perhaps they gave the gun to the wrong people, but the wrong people were still the ones who shoud be held accountable.

jews are not evil. People in general are not so great. They only killed him for political reasons. You should read the Da Vinci code. Even though it is part fiction it has some interesting facts about christ too. Many people think it's blasphemy and dissing god but If you truly have faith no book will alter it.

The jews didn't kill Christ. The Romans did. Jesus died by crucifixion. The jews executed folks by stoning. Some of them may have been for it, but they could not sentence Jesus to death and carry it out.
Remember Jesus and his disciples were Jews to a man. Certainly there were many Jews who opposed his crucifixion including Nicodemus.
