Does Krav Maga have any ground fighting skills, and is it really street effective?

Krav maga does have ground fighting tactics and is extremely effective in street combat scenarios. Unlike most other styles, krav maga was specifically designed to handle more than one opponent simultaneously in hostile environments (those Israeli Commandos needed a style that would hold up in combat situations)

Yes. Krav Maga has ground fighting and would be street effective. Its a great workout and the training reminds me of MMA. I enjoyed it.

yes krav maga is great for street fighting. and it does have ground fighting skills. I personally prefer Jeet Kune Do

It's a little different from Jiu Jitsu, its more moves taht get you on top and then let you ground n pound.
