I do not know if you can wash them but there are somethings that may help. Keep them in a plastic bag so they don't dry out. Take them off between shots, sometimes when it's hot use several gloves. That way you can rotate them so they don't get wet with a lot of sweat. Darker colors seem to hold up better or at least look better after a few rounds.

Most gloves can't truly be washed. You can always try to wipe them down, but that's about it.

However, a few gloves are indeed machine washable. In particular, many of the Mizuno gloves and the Bionic Glove can be washed in the washing machine.
