When you know how to lucid dream/astral travel, you can fly like a bird. Moreover, it is all so realistic you will be excited about every lucid dream for weeks afterward.

The same way Superman is able to fly. Travel to a planet in another galaxy that is suitable for life and has a sun that radiates much higher than does Earth's sun. Said planet also must have less gravity than does Earth.
