1 If I were to put a name to it I would coin it "People Person".
2 studies show being a "Genius" in IQ-level really helps chronic trauma.
3 "Pill-poppers" who take meds - scripts or alternative - help numb you out long enough to get out there for help like group therapy and friends and a [4]"Survivor" Life, as they help your brain kick-in its ability to control the re-uptake of the Seratonin hormone in your brain.
5 being a "Believer" in some religion/code of ethics,god, i.e., a belief system ANY belief system give you the faith that the world is not completely violent but bottom-line good - that's been proven in studies to help you fight, do whatever it takes, even miracles - like "the Power of Positive Thinking".
6 accepting yourself as an "Imperfect, Fallible Human" and not a perfectionist
