Ordinary 3% peroxide will do the job. Just swish it around for a short time. Peelu will whiten your teeth by getting them clean.There are more and fancier products in the drug stores. Ask the clerk and look around.

i've had success with Crest White Strips from Walmart, you use them 30 minutes twice a day. My dentist also said they provide better bleaching but it costs about $50.

you should get your teeth checked before you start with bleaching, because if you have decay your teeth will begin to hurt
decay should be removed before bleaching.

walmart is one place i know that carries them. the strength is much less than what you would get in a dental office but it might give you a place to start if you do not have any current decay , fillings or crowns in the front of your smile

I brush my teeth with aquafresh extremeclean toothpaste. It really works! You can buy it at the grocery store, drugstore, department store(i.e. WalMart), etc.
