I hear veggie mite is a food that you either love or hate. What do you have to say about it?

I love vegemite. It does take an acquired taste. I love having a bit of vegemite on toast or a crumpet and then topped with cheese. This can be eaten as is or with the cheese melted. YUM!
You can even put vegemite in stews and casseroles as an added flavouring.
Plus it is supposed to be very good for you as it is a very good source of vitamin B

It has an overpowering taste. Usually when ppl first try it they put too much on and they hate it. I love vegemite but too much is disgusting.

I love vegemite because of it's salty, yeast flavour.
