AW! man! Im sorry sometimes some girls you have to ask! not when their busy! sometimes! you just need to know how they're acting then? if they act like they're happish or they had a hard day then dont but if they know you really well.....then do it unless they dont want you to!
ask one of them out to a date! then if they wanna kiss you then do that! but right now im like 16 and I know that!

I don't think they meant that as something you should do in an initial conversation- Kissing is really more a date thing than a "Hey, nice to meet you" thing.
