Immerse yourself in physical activity that will benefit your health and appearance. By the way, there are 6 billion people in the world--think about it. It should be impossible for one little person on this great big earth to really hurt you for more than a few minutes. Only proud people get really hurt.

Oh, and if this advice doesn't work, go bang a "random chick." My uncle once told me that nothing cures a broken heart better than a new piece of ***. Crude perhaps, but true nonetheless--particuarly if she's hot and interesting.

The trick is to get your mind onto something else.. Find an interest you have always wanted to do... keep yourself busy... I found that staying home as a recluse is not going to help you... To move on will take time.. trust me.. but you will be a better person for it.. Put everything of hers in a box and store it.. reminders are not going to help... This happened to me.. I found only with time will heal your wounds... It just takes time... do something constructive with your time... Good luck..

Doing things you like will probably help you getting through this.

But to be honest, there's no real tricks to get over someone faster. If you loved her, it will hurt. The faster you come to terms with your own feelings, the easier will be the transition. You need to unload everything you have in your heart and mind somehow. Talk to a friend, to your dog, write in a notebook, write a song anything.

You'll get through it my friend, stay strong.

Sounds cliche' I'm sure, but the best thing really is to find something you enjoy doing for yourself and do it! Volunteer with big brothers/big sisters and do something that makes you feel good about yourself or join a summer baseball league, bowling team, or soccer team -- just find something to do that doesn't involve dating or one on one situations with girls. When you're ready to date again, you'll know it.

only way to get over someone is time.it takes few months maybe years, but at the end you'll be surprised that you actually get over her!nothing last 4ever.so just chill out.i don't know you so i cant tell you what would help you to forget her, but generally it needs time.maybe you can try to avoid her for sometime?

i think you should wait a while before dating a while and if you do start back dating soon make sure she's right for you and that you'll have something in common. make sure you are happy with her and you can picture yourself with her. most of all make sure she happy with you and not using you.
