The answer to your question can be found in Genesis Chapter 6. The reason for the deluge or flood was because GOD saw that the earth was wicked and full of violence. Due to the size of the Ark, it would have taken many years to construct and during this time Humans were given the opportunity to aid Noah and seek refuge in the ark. According to the Bible only Noah and his immediate family heeded GOD'S warning. And they were spared, while the wicked drowned. The Bible also goes on to state, that after the flood waters had reseeded, in Genesis 9:12, that GOD made a covenant with man that the earth will never be destroyed by a flood again. The Rainbow is GOD's reminder of that promise to man.

AS FAR AS THE BIBLICAL ACCOUNT BEING ONLY A STORY..EXPLAIN WHY EVERY CULTURE REGARDLESS OF RELIGION HAS A FLOOD STORY!!!

HE can not be accounted HERE as having committed genocide. All of humanity here came from Adam and Eve, and this includes Noah, his wife, Noah's three sons, and their wives. Genocide is when you "attempt" to kill EVERYONE of a particular race or creed or religion, does God "try" to do anything, nope. If HE wanted to commit genocide, HE can do it easily. The question is more so, why did HE use a flood to kill the people who HE did when HE could have just "willed" them out of existence. OH, I THINK I KNOW WHY...that was deep. Anyways, one could make an argument here that GOD mass murdered, but murder is unjustified killing, you would be hard pressed to prove that they were unjustly killed.

because that has always been the strategy of the Illuminati
its part of , divide and rule

first separate humanity into different races and cultures and religions.

then wage war amongst them and gain financially on speculations and arms sales,,by backing both sides
and gain power and control in the process

the religion has always preached love and peace.
the method has always been murder and war

this has been the strategy ever since the first Anunaki created the Adams race .to mine gold for him .he was known as the creator ,but he was not a God.

his bloodline ,the Illuminati have used the religion to maintain control ,and as a tool to brainwash the slave race descendants,

they regularly updated the script to apply to the credibility level of the faith full,as well as giving them a false sense of security and an invention as to what their origins were.

they have done everything to keep the myth alive as well as preventing the truth from escaping,by including keys with in th brainwashing ,to disbelieve what i have just said .
only people outside of the control can hope to understand

in the past all of the indigenous peoples who were beyond the reach of the mind control, which has been via organized religion ,have been exterminated mercilessly

today all major media ,including Hollywood are part of this control.

God wanted to eradicate humanity once and for all at the time of Noah because of all the evil that pervaded in the land... Until Enoch pleaded his case to save at least his "seed" in the process. Thus Noah was selected, along with his three sons and their respective wives [only eight of them], to survive the forthcoming Great Flood.

And God repented for having destroyed the rest of mankind soon after that... and created the rainbow as His covenant to man with the promise that He will no longer punish man with Water.

Man --as one of the mere creatures-- is in NO POSITION to ask the actions of his Almighty Creator.

Peace be with you!

that flood, whether local or world wide probably had a celestial cause.
something not of the earth coming to close to the earth.
asteroid impact and the accompanying earth changes or even a planet(unknown) coming too close to the earth. it is possible that a planet exists that has a distant orbit so great that it's orbit only approaches the earth's orbit every 10,000 years or so.

by the way, if you manufactured a machine and you later found it to be detrimental to the survival of the planet, wouldn't you be doing the right thing by destroying it?

It's exactly that. a story. The issue is more complicated than it would seem at first glance. You have to ask yourself which is the greater evil, letting evil thrive and take hold of good, or sparing a few good but wiping out evil. Some say that there was good wiped out in it, but they would probably be turned evil in due time. It's impossible to put actions like this on a scale of human.

genocide is a recent term used by humans to browbeat other humans.
all the countries that decry it as evil have themselves done it.
when it comes to the destruction of evil, their is no racial delineation. As for those saved, some will be out of every nation.
As for those destroyed, some will be out of every nation.
What about you? Do you think that murderers, pedophiles ,rapists, thieves, adulterers, greedy ones, should be allowed to continue ruining the lives of all?
And to be allowed to continue ruining the earth?
Everyone will be given a fair chance to decide to live the way God wants.
All who reject this standard will be returned to the ground.

Well first of all it was not genicide according to the bible because he preserved one of each and every species. To commit genicide you must remove a whole race from excistance.
Man kind was wicked and sinful and he had passed judgement however he did not want to destroy his creations and noah was his faithful servant ,the only one left.He also promised never to do it again as it troubled him and later the next time man kind got out of control he sent his only son as a gesture of sacrifice allowing him to suffer on the cross for our sins Although according to gospel his son did not actually die .Only his physical body died

Well, since you are here asking this question, I guess He/She /It didn't get everybody. But according to the bible experts on the last question I answered, god or God is about to wipe us all out. To be honest, none of those stories are very clear to me and if you manage to find somebody who will explain them and not just start ranting"Just Believe! Just Believe!" they usually drop the ball midway through the explanation.
