First of all, no kid deserves a beating - which is considered battery by law - as if all that kid knows is hitting and humiliation, that kid will grow up to hit and humiliate. Second of all, the kid is probably taking after his peers/parents/adults, so try to pinpoint the source. Third, I don't know how old he is, but depending on his age, and what his knowledge is, give him the 'talk'. Fourth, he should be taught right from wrong, and looking at the pics is certainly bad behavior, so some dicipline should be commanded - although not harsh. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Maybe a swift kick in the butt is in order. He probably just got a year's supply of vasoline, and wants to break it in. Maybe his mom found him mag stash, and now he wants something to replace it. There is no telling. Just report, and move on. No sense in wasting precious time on such horn toads.
