When i get happy mad or nerveis i shake really bad it that a bad thing??

No it is not bad. The people here that say it is, do not get nervous or at least they don't experience it the same way we do. The cause is anxiety combined with a great flood of adrenaline into you system. It is very common and is nothing too worry about. It is a physiological means for our bodies to protect us and to help us do extraordinary things. Adrenaline is why a person can lift a car when someone is trapped under it, even when they normally couldn't. It is what drives athletes and sports figures to become great at their profession.

No, it's only a physical manifestation of your anxiety. Many people have the same symptoms when nervous or excited.

You are just anxious, I know plenty of people who shake or twitch like that.

i do too and its noticeable!!...its normal though. Last week at my eight grade graduation i was shaking like woah !
