My daughter was born in England and had dual citizenship upon her birth. I had to send in the long form in order to change the citizenship to the one I wanted her to have.

is the mother an immigrant? if so and she is living there, then yes. Read some books from your local library, they should make it a bit clearer or contact an immigration layer-most will give some free advice

Nop YOu have to go the same type of law of citenzenship like every other person.
