If you mean something beside sexual or emotional attraction, then you have to make it, or someone has to make it for you. There is a difference between love and attraction. Ask people what they want, then listen to what their body says, and how they answer the question. The feeling of attraction is caused by chemical reaction in the brain, that is why there are people out there who are constantly looking for love. They are addicted to the chemical, and emotional, effects that a relationship has on their brain. The two greatest drugs are religion and sex. Not to say that they are bad, to say that people have unhealth realtionships to them. So the answer is "true love" is not something that you "find", it is something that is given to you or you make for yourself.

I was just in a relationship were a he told me his values and dreams and I also shared mine he seemed to be the right one but, he was a fraud.
as soon as we got together, he changed.
it takes time, don't rush into anything pray and include God, ask him about God to, questions and (actions) are key. be observant.
they tend to show their true colors after about a year or two. get to know him first before you fall and bust your heart wide open.

Try keeping ur eyes and ears open and being a gal, trust ur intuitions and maybe when its time for u to get Mr. right, u will get him.God is very kind.Also, wen u feel that u love someone truly, give him some space and he will stick to u.

i agree with dan but at the same time u really sometimes have to wing it im 14 and ive never been out or anything i thought i needed help or something was wrong with me but its all a lie trust me u be sure its a feeing you get wen the person comes along

We get no guarantees in this lifetime. The best you can do is talk to him about his values and opinions and see how they relate to your own.
Go slowly with the dating until you've had a chance to really see him and how he conducts himself.
If he's everything you would hope, go for it but don't expect it to be forever or always perfect........just take it as it comes to you and try to be content with that.
