i can download it but it wont let me install it. i keep getting an error message.

chekc to see if your internet security is up to high in settings thru tools menu internet security tab then see if norton is on it will see this install azs a foreign thing coming into comp so disable that temporary as well when u do uploads of updates needed and accept it .. then reboot then the norton will come on automatically again check firewall too maybe temp disable that

make sure you have enough available disc space on your RAM to install this program. You may want to peform a custom install, thereby eliminating all the extras thown in during a normal installation. read your error message thoroughly, follow any instructions that may be provided.

Uninstall the application under add/ remove programs restart the computer and then reinstall the program, if still having problems
