i have been seeing this girl for about 3 weeks. she really likes me but im not that into her. dont get physically aroused with her and so on. how do it tell her im not interested

Be honest with her and don't lead her on. If you like her but not enough to be in a relationship tell her that.

We all have our preferences...there's nothing wrong with that. I think if you just stopped calling to ask her out, it might be a big enough hint right there.
If it isn't enough and she persists, you can try to save her feelings by telling her you have too much going on in your family and your work for now.
If it continues after that, you'll have to just tell her as kindly as possible that you don't see the two of you in a continuing relationship.
That's life.

just say that you had a change happen to you and that you didn't see her in it...tell her it wasn't her fault but yours and that she will find someone better...
