I Just met some parents of the people who play with our kids. I don't get out much as a mom of four but i find my "mission field" has become the myrad of kids that come to our house for playing or no apparent reason they feel compeled to come over. I have had kids come over come in and just sit by me They dont' do or say much and I say Yes? and they just smile. It is almost like that scene in the Santa Clause where kids just start comming up on his lap and telling them what they want for Christmas. I think God has put us in the middle of this neighborhood to minister to these kids somehow. I am not sure my part but I will just continue to do what God convicts and do what he tells me. We all have different mission fields and we are not all the eye leg or arm and sometimes the Gospel can be effectively shared by telling right out and some you have to live it first before they will even give you the time of day. That is why we are all different parts of the body to work together. Not all are called to be great speakers some are afraid to speak in public but they will stand for the Lord in public if need be. I think maby they minister and are called to do other things. Maby they open their house up to fellowship and an opportunity to minister by inviting people over, maby a man fixes cars and gets an opportunity to speak about Jesus to people he does side jobs for when they ask him why he is doing this for them. There is a place in the body for everyone but not everyone is the hand please remember that. We all together will win people over for the lord but the greatest thing we need to exihibt as chrisitan is Love not just the fuzzy emotion but this ...
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres

Remember James ... be ye doers of the word and not hearers only and I cannot stand how many times people read eph 2:8&9 and forget verse ten we don't just twittle our thumbs after we are saved but we cannot cram the Gospel down other people's throats either. You have to know the person you are speaking to and where they are comming from. Preaching to an athiest isn't the best way to win them over.

Yes I am. But I can tell you right now that not many people that are christians share their faith with others. Some people feel that their friends will not like them if they know that they are christian. I would tell that person about GOD because it is all of our callings in life as christ followers(only if you are a true christ follower). When was the last time that you invited non-christians to your church? If you haven't done it in the past week or so do it today or at least some time this week. You will never know what they will think of being a CHRIST follower until you invite them to church. That is our job. GOD'S job is to try and get some sense into them so that they will also become CHRIST followers.

It may be pointless to do so.

In Luke 12:10 and Mark 3:29, there is an unforgivable sin. Every atheist has commited this sin. It is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost.

Blasphemy is a denial, a put down, or a denial of existence.

I am going to Hell, according to Jesus's words.

I don't want the ten points. Thats not what I go into this program for. That is a bit childish and its not me. But to answer your question, Yes, I am always ready and the reason why is because I want people to know about God and what they are missing out on. His great love for all of us and Eternity with Him.

Sure, if the topic was timely. In my experience, you can't just say to someone, "Hi. How have you been? Me? Good. Yeah. So, when are you going to come to Jesus?" Just doesn't work like that.

You have to work it in when you discern that the person is open to hearing what you're saying - not necessarily DOING it - that's not for you to worry about .You just plant the seed and let God do the sowing. They DO come around in time -well most, and for the others, it's a shame, but once you share it with them, you've done your part and they chose to reject God.

Ok, I'm not a Christian, but somebody needs to tell you this.

STOP BEING SO FULL OF PRIDE!

Stop thinking your right and everybody else is half retarded and wrong, stop treating us like little children, we're capable of making our own decisions and you need to learn a little respect. Lucifer thought he was better than God (like how Christians think they are better than others, or how they think they're right and everybody else just has to be wrong) and look what happened to him. Pride is the original sin, it led to Lucifer's downfall as well as Adam and Eve's uncomfortable situation.

We don't want to hear your preaching. We're sick and tired of it, and have heard it time and time again. We're not stupid, we don't live under rocks or in caves, we know what your religion is about so stop thinking of us as some kind of lower beings.

We're sick of it.

I am a Christian, but am not going out any more today - it is about 100 degrees and humid (not good for my health).

By the way, a couple of Jehovah's Witnesses already knocked on my door handing out leaflets today.

Only if they ask. It is NOT our place to force our beliefs on others. Just for the record, I AM a mature Christian (Born Again), and have discovered the fruitlessness of forcing your beliefs on non-believers... it only drives them further away. Your life by example is your best witness... and in-itself will encourage them to ask. Be patient, and wait...
