Learn to experience guilt in a new way- and learn that there is a difference between guilt and self-shame.
Guilt is good- it's there to tell you that you are messing up.Self-shame is the nag inside your head that tells you you're a looser or a failure and that you will never change. Many people feel guilt and then turn it into shame in an attempt to try to 'beat' themselves into being good. They say - 'If I beat myself up enough then I won't do it again'. This won't work for a porn addiction- you will just end up beating yourself up all the time and not get better.
What would happen if every child learning to walk got severly punished by their parent for falling down. Well some might keep trying but most would learn that - hey if I try to walk and I fall I get punished so why try. Shame and mental punishment don't help.
You are not a bad person because you visited a porn website- you are not a bad person no matter what. You did however, do something that is wrong and you need to learn how to change that behavior in a positive way. You can change- it's not easy but it is very rewarding. Life is so much better when you don't have an addiction dragging you down all the time.
Don't punish yourself for falling down- just keep trying to learn how to walk. Realize that the guilt is there for a reason and learn how to channel it into a positive motivator. Learn to say 'I don't like feeling guilt so I will lean how to overcome the addiction.' Learn listen to the voice that says- you can do it- it hurts to fall, but keep trying and keep learning. Learn to ignore the voice that says that you are a bad person because you fell.
God doesn't think you are a bad person- in fact, the very fact that you are trying to overcome is something that makes Him smile. There are so many people out there that just decide to spend their life crawling around because it hurts to fall down. God loves to see us make progress, He loves to see us keep trying. He is the voice that says- keep trying- I know you can do it, and don't be afraid to ask for My help- I'll help you learn how to do it (I won't carry you around all the time because I want you to learn how to walk, but I will hold your hand while you learn).
I'm sure you can guess who is behind the voice saying 'oh you fell down- you are such a looser- you can't do anything right- you should just stop trying, you should be ashamed of yourself- etc.
Good luck- God bless you for getting up when you fall!

It can be hard to resist the compulsion of any kind of addiction. Prayer is your most powerful weapon, but sometimes we need human help too. There are groups where you can work this out with others in a similar situation, here a list of sites where you can find more help.

It may seem embarrassing at first, but trust me these groups are a lot less scary than they sound.

I think most guys do watch porn. Are you hiding it from someone? If so, maybe that is why you feel guilty. I don't think you should feel guilty, unless of course you are a pervert that only looks at females in a sexual light like all the time.

It's good that you recognize your guilt, because you know in your heart that it is wrong. It is inside all of us to know right from wrong, whether you are a believer or not. When you know right from wrong, that is God speaking to your heart, letting you know He does not want you to do things like that.
Looking at porn of any kind is the sin of lust. The bible says that any man who looks at a woman with lust is an adulterer at heart. Lust may be the hardest, most difficult sin to overcome because it is the most common. Not everyone has the urge to steal something or kill someone. However, everyone has sexual urges, and you need to learn to turn away from this sin.
Sin will destroy you and leave you empty. The devil wants you to feel like you need alcohol, drugs or sex to fill a void in your life. When you fall for these things he has defeated you.
God loves you. You are His child. He knows your heart, your every thought and your every word. On judgement day, He is going to bring all of this up and thensome for every one. No one is excluded. Christians, catholics, aetheists (forgive my spelling) will stand before God and be judged. Only by His laws will you be judged. Not by good works or a good life.
Everyone has an inner battle to fight. Pornography, sex and lustful thoughts are tough battles. You can defeat this! Ask Jesus to come into your heart and ask for forgiveness of your sins. You can commit your life to Christ and start truly living.

The best way to shake the feeling is to shake your privates a little. Then you will be relaxed and wont want to go back to the site for a day or so.

Everyone with an addiction has a slip up. That's good that you feel guilty, you're apt not to do it again.

One should not view porn. It exploits and subjugates women. Your guilt feelings are an indication that you know it's wrong, and will aid in preventing you from visiting such sites again. Good luck and God bless.
