I seriously doubt that 12-13 pills will kill her but they certainly can cause her body organs great irreparable harm by depositing poisonous chemicals in amounts too large to be properly excreted from her system.Plus she is tweaking serotonin levels and that means she's seriously disturbing her body chemistry .
WEB MD.com says if overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. . Symptoms of overdose may include: severe stomach pain, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, extreme drowsiness, slow or shallow breathing, seizures.
Laboratory and/or medical tests (e.g., complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests) may be performed check for side effects. Some rare cases of overdose suffer permanent liver/kidney damage and eye damage/ vision impairment so get that sad destructive girl some help ASAP lest her cry for help turn out to have some dangerous and long lasting effect.

I'm not sure of the specifics of an overdose on aleve, I doubt this is fatal but it will probably make her very ill. I would take her to the hospital just to be sure. Also they can refer her to a doctor who can treat her depression so this is not likely to happen again. Call 911 they will come to your house and take her to the hospital if it is necessary. I'm so sorry to hear this has happened. I wish your sister and your family the best. You can e mail me if you want to talk further ALD020472@yahoo.com

Usually a sharp, solid punch on the chin will knock her out. Lump her into the car and get her to the ER quickly.

If you call the police they will take her to the ER first to have checked out and then to the psychiatric ward for observation and she will have no say so in the matter.
