Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. No meats of dairy products. Get a good pellet food, talk to your bird's vet or with someone who works at a pet supply store (an all bird store would be best) about the brand and size that would be good for your bird. Try to stay away from seeds as much as possible, give them as an occasional treat. Seeds are kind of like McDonald's for humans, junk food. If the bird is already on a seed diet gradually wean her over to pellet feed. Don't abruptly change as she may refuse to eat the new food. Make sure she always has fresh water and food available.

actually birds can eat almost anything humans can including meat and if your bird is well trained you can feed them yogurt and i also saw on a post earlyer than mine that they can have raw broccoli but thats kinda.....wrong any raw vegatables cause gas and birds CANT pass gas it could make them explode but heres a list of things i know of that they CANT eat:
chocolate, avacado, lima beans, asparagus, alcohol, carbonation of any kind, any fruit pits or seeds, and no raw tomatos(alot of people think that tomatoes are ok raw but the truth is...their not hope i helped :-)

(by the way my birds LOVE noodles of any kind) :-)

You could use a seed supplement that you get from a pet store, or, for nutrition and stuff like that you could feed her carrots and broccoli.
