My all-time favorite food is Mexican. Having been raised in a predominately Hispanic family since I was 7 gave me an oppertunity to indulge in homemade tortillas and chili (salsa) my Poppa used to make. He taught my mom how to cook Mexican rice, tamales, tacos, enchiladas, etc. and she passed that onto me. Although neither of us can make tortillas... sad but true! For me, it's the spices and clean fresh tastes that have me craving it time after time!

I love steak pie that my mom makes, its rich pull apart steak in a puff pastry with a rich succulent gravy. Im in heaven whenever I get it!
