Just ask her for a moment to talk to her, and tell her.
Of course, take into consideration the state of her "not liking you".
If she gets flustered and avoids you. She might like you.
If she just seems distant, theres still a possibility, but its 50/50.
If she openly -hates- you, and I mean not even teasing, I wouldn't even bother telling her.
But if you must you must I guess. Just be prepared for any consequence.
Sit her down, tell her you like her, and why you like her.

I told a girl i liked her while she was in a relationship, she obviously didnt like me and nothing happened. We were really good friends and i knew before telling her what the result was going to be. So i told her and then i also made it easy for her and said i dont need an answer i just needed to tell you how i felt. Some people say not to say it at all which is perfectly alright, its all about how you think. But i knew it was special and i needed to tell her. Do what you feel right. good luck :)

Just tell her. If you chicken out and never tell her how you really feel you'll spend a long time thinking about what might have been. You have to tell her, sometimes when you tell a girl how much you like them, they realize how much they like you.

Just tell them straight up how you feel and be honest dont worry if you get shot down there are other people out there.

If you like her and she doesn't like you? You can tell her, how you feel but it's really pointless though. In less you can change her mind about how she feels about you.
