Yes, young people can be in love i fell in love at a young age and was with the same person untill only recently, we were together 10 years. The way you feel love changes as you get older but its no more or less valid than when you are a teenager.

I think Love and in Love is different.
And as 50% of marriages end up in divorce.
Most kids don't know about Love cause they had parents that didn't know.
Lust is often mistaken for Love.
Even by a lot of adults.
It's a tricky concept and more and more people seem to have no clue what it's really about.
So in Love is far more easy than Love with the capital L.
And yes i think you can be in Love at a young age.
But I also think you first need to know who you truly are before you can make an intellectual choice and truly deeply Love..
Also you need to let go of all the romantic fairy-tales people tell.
Life is a bed of roses my dear but everyone looks at the petals and forget that roses have thorns that can be a proper pain in the butt.
But than thorn-less roses have no flavor nor scent.

I think that young people can feel in love, but may not be in love. I thought i was in love as a teenager, and now that i am an adult and am married, i know that then i was not in love, it was just the closest to love i had ever felt.

I think most (not all) young people confuse love for feelings of wanting to be together all the time and can't eat, can't sleep feeling. That is not what "real" love is. Real love is hard, it takes a lot of work and it oftens hurts more than it feels good.

Both. A lot of people don't know what love is, they fall in lust not love. But u definatly can fall in love at a young age, I have and I just know me and my gf are meant 2 be toghether.

It depends i'm 12 and my parents say that i don't even know what love is so i guess yeah parents are right but isn't love someone you trust respects you and sopmeone you want to be with forever?

I don't think love has limits, but there are different kinds of love when you are at different stages in your life. Of course when you are young (like 12) you aren't ready for married love, but there is love for 12 year olds.

young ppl can fall in love. happens in all young ppl. age of experimenting what love is. then you might or might not carry on with it. so your concerned folks wanna help you from breaking your heart. love is more than just 4 letters.

age doesnt matter. you can love some one or be in love w/ some one at any age. i love my bf. n im a teenager. hope this helps have a good weekend.
