Babies come from a guy and a girl having sexual relationships the girl will get pregnant if they do not use protection and a baby will form then 9 months later the baby is ready to come out of the womans vagina

they come from the merging of the sperm cell with a fertal egg during sexual intercourse. Also..they come from a stork...who flies in at night and drops the baby off after his development is complete in the cabbage patch. It's all very complicated.......half of the genetifc material is from the father, half from the mother. The Tooth fairy combines them with teeth taken from children and then takes them to the cabbage patch to be grown in the soil. Once the baby's head begins to protrude from the soil the stork picks him up and carries him home to his waiting parents........hahahahahah just kidding kid, ask your mom.

Vagina or if they wont come out of there easily, they cut open a womans belly and deliver the baby that way...its called a caesarian section. Ask you momma or dad for more details.
