Who was the first person to look at a cow and say "I think i'll squeeze these dangly things here and drink what comes out"?

There are more astonishing firsts...Who was the person that came up with the idea of olives? "Gee, these hard little fruits taste nasty, and they make me sick...I know, I'll soak 'em brine for six months and then they'll be good to eat."

I think what happened is this: There was the first guy to drink the grape juice that had gone bad. And he was so happy with his discovery, that everyone started trying weird things with food, hoping to reproduce the happy accident that gave rise to wine.
