Everytime you feed the kittens, make some sort of distinct noise, (not to scare, but for instance, rattle a can of treats, or say a specific word, or make a specific sound.) They will learn to associate this sound with food, and will come running when they hear it. Just don't overuse it, and reward the kittens everytime they respond to the noise in the correct manner.

Tuna or perhaps cheese. And keep them in an area of the house where the uncle isn't allowed to go.

when u let them out put them in a room let them run around the room that way there is no where for them to run and hide
