i live in the country and have hard water it turns my hair orange from the rust.

residue from water and hair products, just wash and rinse your hair make sure its try before you add any other product.

it is not rust, it is High Iron content in the water, ask someplace Like Salley's beauty supply to recommend a hair stripper to get ride of it, but b-careful u don't want no hair friom over doing it

Get a water softner system for you water. It helps make the water softer. All you do is add these huge bags of specially designated salt for this purpose every few months. You may want a sample of water to be tested also to see if you need to add anything else to the water softner.

a product called Malibu. it removes iron(a.k.a. rust) product build up, and medicines of of the hair. its awesome stuff! it will also lighten your hair if it has been recently colored and it is to dark.
