then he did create the world’s evil (Isaiah 45:7, Lamentations 3:38). Thus, he is responsible. Any being who could create situations such as rape, death, malnutrition, disease, molestation and murder is certainly not fit for worship.

Why would it make you feel better if to somehow make God more human? Many questions about God are ask from a human perspective and our minds are so finite and limited that often our understanding can only be comforted by bring God down on our level. Just because God creates "everything" doesn't mean he causes evil to be. Of course you could answer that question in an affirmative way and it still be false. Some things are just beyond human comprehension and fall in the realm of Faith. God cannot be understood or defined in human terms and to assume He created evil is just trying more to be argumentative than to actually seek to find a rational discussion. Man is so base and low that we do not deserve the right to worship God but yet with all our sins the mystery is why God would provide such a wonderful sacrifice for our sins by using his own son Jesus Christ. Either way God's world is a Spiritual world where our human world cannot understand.

Mankind is responsible.
Read the story in Genesis 2 & 3.
God created the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Man had free will and choice, even then.
God instructed Adam and Eve not to eat of the tree.
Man chose, after being tempted, to eat.
Ever since, man has been separted from God.
Evil entered the world and became a part of mankind.

The two quotes from Isaiah 45:7, Lamentations 3:38 are taken out of context. These speak of God's righteous anger, indignation and punishment to those who do evil.

Everyone is living under this curse of man's sin and separation from God. God in His mercy has provided a way to restore us and remove sin from our lives. That is done only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved from sin. In Christ alone we find the way, truth, and life.

Jehovah God DID create everything. And he created it out of Love.
He also created all the creatures of the Heavens and the Earth with free will. It was misuse of this free will that led one of his creations to think too much of himself and thus to deviate from a loving path of reasoning and to feel that he himself deserved all the righteous glory that only the supreme god and sovereign creator deserved. He raised the question of whether or not people would still love and serve God if he weren't giving them everything they wanted and needed all of the time, if they had to fend for themselves.

Once this question was raised in the Universe, God decided to let there be a time period in which it could be answered, instead of just silencing Satan and putting everything right again. Not wanting the question to ever fester in anyone's mind to raise doubt ever again, he agreed to let mankind have a time period to prove whether or not they could rule themselves in peace or not.

I think the last few thousand years of rape , death , malnutrition, disease, molestation and murder is certainly you answer to whether or not mankind can rule themselves without divine intervention, wouldn't you say so?

However, there is hope! If you read in Gen. 3:15, God forshadows the promise of hope when he tells us there that he will send his son, who will destroy Satan and his followers and restore the perfect paradise setting that God had originally created and mankind WOULD fill the earth and live forever on it in peace , because you see--- God cannot tell a lie! What he had intended in the beginning, though delayed, WOULD could true. Satan's antics would only delay things a few thousand years.

Listen, if I can answer things a little more clearly for you, please feel free to email me and I woul dbe more than happy to answer things for you. Its no problem. Or anyone one else who reads this and wants more information. I don't mind!

First of all everyone must understand why God created us in the first place. He wanted companionship. But, it is not true companionship if you make the person love you. If God just made everything in this world perfect there would be no reason for mankind to exist. God gives us free will so we choose to love him not so we are made to love him. Evil in the world is not because God creates it. He allows evil to make us to depend on him. God wants us to choose him because if we really choose him then we will really seek him. If there was no evil in the world then God would not have bothered to create mankind. That's why we are regarded as higher than the angels in God's sight. We choose God over everything else.

think of it this way. A father may raise his child up to be good, but a later time, the child may go off and cause serious trouble. Is it the fathers fault for his sons actions? NO. Likewise, with god, he created angels, but one of them went astray, and is causeing all that happens today. If that doesn't help, read James 1:13, and you can see that god is not the cause for all the injustice we see today. Satan the devil (the bad kid) is responsable. Because 1 john 5:19 tells us that satan is in control of this world.

People may wonder why, if God exists, He doesn’t wave a magic wand and fix things, making or at least influencing everyone so that they do exactly what they ‘should’ do. But God never takes away anyone’s freedom of choice. God’s wisdom is to recognize and respect each soul’s individual identity, freedom and inherent goodness. God shares knowledge – a profound understanding of the dualities and dilemmas of love and hatred, happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat, etc. – but He does not make our choices for us. The soul is free to choose ‘to be or not to be’, ‘to love or not to love’. God’s love strengthens the soul’s will to free itself from the distresses caused by vices such as selfish desire, anger, fear, ego and attachment. God’s power helps the soul to recognize its highest potential and to aim for perfection by practising the art of simple living and high thinking. Such practice by a significant number of souls eventually brings about positive change in the whole of humanity.

God didn't create everything. He created Jesus (His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON) created everything else to his fathers specifications. However, its like building a house, whos house is it, the architects or the person who had the house built? The person who had the house built. Also, god gave man free will and is not responsible for what he did with it. And as soon as man failed, God offered up the ONLY thing he created in this universe to save mankind. How kind was that? The only thing he created with his own hands and he gives it up for measly mankind.

The University professor challenged his students with this question.

"Did God create everything that exists?"

A student bravely replied, "Yes he did!"

"God created everything?" The professor asked.

"Yes sir", the student replied.

The professor answered, "If God created everything, then God created evil, since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are, then God is evil."

The student became quiet before such an answer. The professor, quite pleased with himself, boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.

Another student raised his hand and said, "Can I ask you a
question professor?"

"Of course", replied the professor.

The student stood up and asked, "Professor does cold exist?"

"What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?" The students snickered at the young man's question.

The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat. Every body or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (-460? F) is the total absence of heat; all matter becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does not exist. We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have no heat."

The student continued, "Professor, does darkness exist?"

The professor responded, "Of course it does."

The student replied, "Once again you are wrong sir, darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can study, but not darkness. In fact we can use Newton's prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct? Darkness is a
term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light present."

Finally the young man asked the professor, "Sir, does evil exist?"

Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course as I have already said. We see it everyday. It is in the daily example of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. These manifestations are nothing else but evil.

To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist sir, or at least is does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat or the darkness that comes when there is no light."

The professor sat down.

The young man's name -- Albert Einstein (gotta love 'em)

Have you heard of free will? We all have free will, and we choose what we do. God created us, he gave us a mind and the ability to use it. We are responsible for whatever evil is on Earth and not God.
