You should perm your hair everyone 2 months. You can touch up the roots every 6 weeks or so.

i strongly suggest that you should perm your hair every six weeks, however i find that most black women perm their whole head everytime they apply the perm. Nooooo. you should never perm your whole head after the first time a perm was applied, you should only perm the new growth. Perming the whole head again will only overproccess the hair that was already permed and cause it to break off. This is why black women have trouble growing thier hair. And condition your hair frequently.

it depend s on what perm u get. If u where get a sprial perm then every 5 mounths a regular perm 2 mounths`
