I went out with this girl we went out for 5 months. I told her we were done and I was dating another. She said ok but now, 3 months later she pops up calling me and texting me and now is texting my current girlfriend of which I don't know how she got her phone number but I want it to stop as I have future plans with my current girl but she has doubt which is understandable. I don't know how to get the ex to stop!

Slap a RO against the ex and let it be known that if you even get wind that she is thinking of breaking it, you will not hesitiate to take proper actions against her. If she breaks it, prove to her that you meant what you said.

First delete the exgirlfriend's phone number from your phone, mark her email as spam and show your current girlfriend that you have done this. If the psycho ex still insists on interrupting your life tell her you are getting a restraining order against her for harassment, and really get one if she does not stop.

I would go over to the ex's place and tell her straight up in front of your current gf, that you have no intention of seeing or dating her ever again. Tell her do not ever text me or her again, are you clear on this!
If she does, file a stalking report with the police.

Thats happened to me.. I was the current girlfriend with the guy though and his ex kept bugging us. Just talk to your g/f and tell her that you dont want anything to do with your ex and that you just want her. Tell your ex to bug off.

tell her to stop what she is doin is harrassing you. if you aren't replying back in such a nature that makes her think that you want her back then your girl should not be worried at all. tell your ex to stop or you will do something about it.
