i said something about a guy and if i call him and ask him to forgive me do you think he will and is there a chance he might ask me out when i said that i went out with him and didn't and is there a chance he might even talk with me
i did it with my first date and he reallised i wanted to go out with me will he ask me out as well

to tell you i am a fraid of guys so i reject them but there are other things also he does like me he's asked me out three times but i'm not shoure he'll ask again

The only way really is to talk to him, it doesnt sound like a live altering situation, so there should be no harm no foul. Give it a chance, if he is a jerk, move on, there are plenty of fish in the sea.

There are too many unknowns, like are you ugly? Is he tired of yoru @ss? Did what you say really, really hurt? Or was it just something stupid? Did you not go out with him for a good reason, or for a mean reason?
Are you really empathetic and manipulative and can you get your point across to him really well? Yeah you see why it's stupid to ask questions like this on the internet? You're the best answerer to your own question. Be smart about it! That's all you have to do.

why not skip all these steps & just askhim out.... calling to get forgiveness wh en youreally want a date is not going to get the date so just tell him you want to go out to dinner with him & see what happens
