I think it makes complete sense. The only downfall is I have heard of a similar things happening when the parents got sued because the seller was selling the lemonade without a business license and was taking business away from the local corporations. It's rediculous, but something to be aware of since you are competing with businesses on the boardwalk.

Strange? no. i think it's a terrific idea. just don't do it like when you were a little girl. get professional, make a really cool stand. you may want to add a couple more things to sell, beach and boardwalk is big business. think about, it Orange Julius is nothing more than an over-rated lemonade stand. get one of those booth thingys with the 10x10 tarp on top or get someone to make you one, a few cheapo plastic chairs and you got a cafe.
if you have a good product and dependable service i'd stop everyday i went by. i say go for it. it would be pretty cool to buy your own car when you hit 16, now wouldn't it?

No it's not strange at all. It's always good to have some money in your pocket at any age. I actually sold lemonade recently and I'm 15. Its great if you live in a busy area.I say keep selling it until you're 15 or 16 and are old enough to get a job. An added bonus would be selling cookies or slices of cake. People love a sweet treat in the summer!

I don't find anything wrong with that. I have seen them do it before, & I've bought lemonade from em, & gave a tip. I'm sure people would do the same for you. I would try it! It can't hurt anything! And I'm sure people would rather get a drinl from you than at the boardwalk anyway. Good Luck!

I think it shows a good work ethic. It appears to me that you are already interested in the restaurant business! Good thinking! Utilize what you have... your youth! I would buy the water from you (knowing it would be more on the boardwalk and that you are trying to "get a job" and have some ingenuity! Good for you!

you need to write a e book or a short tale. do no longer chuckle, you merely isn't the 1st teen to do it. possibly you need to write 20 poems, and photoshop them onto 20 diverse photos of vegetation, bugs or clouds (which you have taken your self); write a short intro, and deliver it to a small writer. you will want written permission out of your mothers and fathers, in view which you may no longer legally enter right into a settlement. it would make funds, it would no longer...even yet it rather is achievable, and can look great on a school utility or a resume. i'm incredibly the owner of a small publishing business enterprise (so small that the 1st e book will pass to the distributor in purely some weeks; get yours in rapid sufficient and it must be in distribution until now the only we are engaged on now) and that i may be prepared to look at your artwork.
