It depends on what you are fishing for, where you are fishing at, water clarity, water temperature, barometric pressure, and the amount of pressure on the fish.

Worms are always a good general bait.... minnows and brim are usually on most larger fishes diets as well. Catfish spieces like a good bloody liver, chicken, fish or just about anything. Walleye and Large mouth bass have very similar diets.....

There are just alot of variables.... my favorite and best producer is a 7 inch grape curltail worm.... I prefer Berkley or YUM

I use white head jig with single white tail and always live bait! minnow mostly. man! that works great for me. I never come home empty handed. I've used this method for a few lakes now and it worked in all lakes. I was made fun of at one point cause others were using trolling hooks (red devil) and well I caught the first, the most and the biggest! ha! now they use my method sometimes. lol I'd be using it all the time. but those fishermen are hard headed sometimes. LMAO have fun fishing and I won't say "good luck" cuz you won't need it whith this method.

If I could only have two lures in my box, Rapala #7 floater black/silver, or a meeps #2 aglia spinner.
Live bait, worms in lakes, or Spawn sacks in streams and rivers..

it depends on what you are fishing for. bass is cray fish,catfish is blood bait
