As a client, what is your biggest pet peeve when going into a salon and getting your hair done?

A chatty stylist/nails person who talks to another emplyee and complety ignores you. No tips from me when they do that.

Waiting ...especially when they do something like wash your hair and start cutting it then run off somewhere. You are trapped. You can leave with your head looking ridiculous or sit there and wait.

THE SINKS. Whenever I get my hair cut, they wash my hair first. Don't get me wrong I love when people wash my hair for me-it feels good. But I hate how my neck feels while its happening. Leaning on those hard surfaces at an awkward angle kills my neck. =/

when they talk to other employees in a foreign language (no offense to anyone). i always think that they're talking about me.
