Yes!
Everyone, including Christians, should love anyone! Especially Christians whose religion founders are Jews! Similarly should happen with the Muslims, they should love Jews and Christians, but in life this does not happen. Why?

We are supposed to love them and respect them, but that doesn't mean everything they do is right. Now I am not putting them down, I know some Christian people that are ethnic Jews.

Yes! And we are to Love Israel and pray for the peace of Israel, too. That's a command in the Bible. And yes, they are God's chosen ppl. Only the Messianic Jews know the Truth! That's why we have missionaries to reach the lost Traditional Jew so they will also know the One who Loves them and died for them.

Yes you should love every one. That’s the teaching of God. However if you say Jews only that raise some concerns because Jews were the people to accuse marry that she was not virgin and that she had committed adultery to give birth to Jesus peace be up on him. So they accused Jesus as illegal son ( I didn’t want to mention the word they used because Jesus as we Muslims believe is the miracle son of Mary and she was virgin and virtuous woman relating to the Quran: In the19th chapter of the Quran (which is called Maryam) Mary receives a visitor from God:
"And mention in the Book, Maryam [i.e. mention, O Mohammed, in the Quran the story of Mary], when she withdrew from her family to a place facing east. She placed a screen from them; then We sent to her our angel (Jibrael, or Gabriel), and he appeared before her in the form of a man in full human form. She said:
'I seek refuge with The Most Beneficent [God] from you, if you do fear Him.' (The angel) said:
'I am only a Messenger from your Lord, (to announce) to you the gift of a righteous son.' She said:
'How can I have a son, when no man has touched me, nor am I unchaste?' He (the angel) said:
'So (it will be), your Lord said: 'That is easy for Me: And to appoint him as a sign to mankind and a mercy from Us (from God)', and it is a matter (already) decreed (by God).' " (Quran 19:16-21)
