Pol Pot and Joseph stalin were atheists and they killed millions and they were never defeated. You dont know which atheist will be in power in the future. So, you should just respect all of us. Don't generalize Christians into atheist-haters. I'm a Christian, but I also have friends that are atheists and it's not like I try to convert them all the time or anything. No one said atheists were dumb and if you were a real atheist you wouldn't try to pretend to be a Christian. AND atheism has nothing to do with being a cruel government leader, so your question doesn't make sense at all and if I didn't have some really smart atheist friends, I would think atheists were dumb just from you question!! What the heck are you talking about? Your statement presupposes that all atheists hate all believers and I don't think that's true. I don't mind atheists as long as they don't try to shove they're lack of faith down my throat. I don't do the same to them, so why should they treat me that way? The issue that gets me is the "god" debate in the pledge. The constitution guarantees freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion. The statement in the pledge is a reflection of the intent of the founding fathers and is not an enforcement of a belief. It also amuses me how there is no debate over the phrase "In God We Trust" on our money. If atheists were really upset about that, why not get rid of their money? As a Christian, I'd gladly take it off their hands. :)

Yeah, that guy sure was a paranoid guy, Stalin at least (don't know much about Pol Pot) I don't like being grouped with Stalin, but at least there's always room to maneuver with Hitler being Christian.

I don't know where you get the "fearless" part of your name from. I believe you're just blowing steam to make yourself sound important. The "weirdo" part is easy to understand.
You're suggesting that because some creeps happen to be atheists that all atheists are creeps. That's sick.

yup we christians are supposed to be nice to atheists. whoever is not nice to them is wrong. we respect YOU and we respect the fact that you have your own set of beliefs. we just dont like the fact that some atheists claim tolerance of all people yet arent very tolerant of the christian view of how Christianity is the only way.
