I don't really understand what your question is but if you are looking for something to stop your dog from barking try a citronella collar. They spray citronella when the dog barks and dogs hate this smell. Ask you vet for one.

They are also available at pet stores but are usually more expensive and may not contain citronella, just a lemon scent which is not as efffective. This collar, I think, is a better choice than a shock collar.

My house alarm stops the dog from barking...the security repair person was here to do maintenance care and our dog was barking constantly until the alarm went on.for a trial run....her ears went down as to cover her auditory canals......it may stop the pup, but if it is heard by humans, the alarm siren is worse....High frequency audio will not be heard by us, but it may scare other animals and neighboring pets.....

They work on some dogs, but many dogs will bark even more. If you have two dogs and one likes to set the thing off, the other dog may attack it. I have used them with probably 70% success. The kind I used was called a "Barker Breaker" and I ordered it on-line, though petsmart also sells them.

If a dog stops barking because of a sound, its probably because its painful. Dogs bark. If you can't deal with it, don't get a dog.

you may record a criticism for common canines barking with the police station. A intense-pitched sound will result all animals in the section and on an identical time as you will possibly no longer think of it rather is inhumane it rather is over long classes of time. think of of having to hearken to fingernails scratch on a blackboard for hours at a time. merely whinge with the police and attempt to have the vendors manage their canines barking exterior in any respect hours of the evening. Its a noise violation like the rest.

Maybe you should just train your dog to mind you and when you tell them to be quiet, then they will. Problem solved! I've also heard the barking collars cause throat cancer in dogs.

Yes, if the dog is just barking to bark to get your attention for no reason, these collars do work. They don't have to wear it forever, just until they are trained not to bark incessantly.

I can't answer that but I think it's a wonderful idea.
My understanding is that humans can hear sound up to 20KHz and dogs can hear sound all the way up to 50KHz.
The generator produces sound higher than humans can hear. You need speakers that can handle it, probably those electrostatic tweeters.
