I have to admit that I have done that a time or two but normally I stick to what I know I will eat. Looks can be deceiving, especially on food containers. If I have not tried it, and havent been told by anyone else that it is yummy, chances are, I'm not going to try it.

LOL. This is me. I am a sucker for anything a little different or with cool new packaging.
Well, for fresh things, I do usually end up trying it fairly quickly, but the stuff that can safely sit around for a while usually sits in the cupboard

I make a list of what I need for the week then try to stick to it. Yes, I've purchased things I had great intentions of making then never did. Then it just sits in the cupboard or freezer staring at me everytime I go to make a meal.

i think that alot of us do that its just that it looks so good and you day to yourself I'm getting this i will eat them later and never do i do the same my husband get angry at me and say that our grocery bill is so high cause we don't even eat half of the stuff that i bring home but it looks so good at the time that you are there that you cant help it.

No,I have my food delivered.(I am in a rural area and my time is worth more than any extra charge)
