say it just like that and if u realy love u will find your self saying it without any arrangement but i prefer to say it from your heart not tongue and say it in the eye imean say it when u are looking to your love i hope u can say it easly as u love each other it will be easy,sweet&it will be the best word that can ever be said or heard it has effect of magic and it make the person hold the whole world in his hands so best wishes

that pretty much depends on to whom and when your saying it as well as why your saying it. for example if you are telling your mom then you would come right out and say it. if you are telling your sweetheart then you would be showing them with your actions every time you are together and you would be using a different tone of voice However if you really mean it then say it any way you please but say it with your heart and dont expect it returned because your saying it to tell the other person and not as a means of getting them to respond

look into the person you loves eyes smile a little say(his/her name) then i love you with all my heart you mean the wold to me then kiss her/him then again im single always have been neaver had the need to say it only to my mother & ive only seen this happen on films.
