By date I mean boyfriend and girlfriend go out to the movies kiss a real relationship is it legal? If the person is under 18 but above 15 so they are 16 or 17. And if the other person is above 18 but 21 or under. Oh and by the way just curius because i'm not even 16 i'm 15 but want to know. And if it's not legal can you just be close friends no kissing or like going out to movies or somewhere to eat because your in love so your just friends.

It depends on the laws in your area. In Ohio, 16 and 17 can date someone up to 4 years older than them, but the court will most likely take the minor's side if they get mad and claim the older person raped them.
There's no harm in being JUST friends.

No, but it is assumed you are also engaging in sex. So this will get u in trouble. Stay away from her. It will still be labeled statuatory rape. My friend while he was 17 dated a 16 year old gurl and still got in trouble. Fortunately, he found a way out of it.

if the girl is under the age of 18 and if you are over the age of 18
if you so much touch her you can get your self in a lot of trouble it is against the law
