for snacks: Get veggies and low fat (not fat free, ewe) dip, salads, cheese (string cheese), mixed nuts,
dinner: (need fat & starches) chicken( witch starchy sides), lean cuisine (the seseme chicken is the best), top round steak (cause its low fat), fish......
make sure you consume 25-50 carbs a day and dont go over 25 grams of fat. You need these range of foods to get your metabolism going. Excersise 30 minutes a day followed by 15 minutes of strenth trining. Dont over do it.

Ice. And a bowl of designer air. That way you'll stay thin as a meth addict. Or even better, take up crystal meth. It's people like you who are part of an industry the perpetuates low self esteem in young women. Gain some weight and get a real job.

absolutely NO fried foods! and no no fried snacks...all baked goods and no pastries, no donuts, no cakes,..... stick with fruits, veggies, fish and nuts and no candy. want popcorn?? go au naturel.... lean meats, no bacon... if you want meat, i would suggest veggie meats. They take some getting used to, but how bad do you want this? I wish you the best of luck, and remember, your body it the only one you got. treat it with respect and you'll do fine!
