Yahoo, yes...they suck. They completely screwed up our trip to San Fran...I'll never use them again!

yea once i tried to book a flight on expedia and i waz about to get a great deal and then when i go to buy the tickets, the screen said "this page cannot be displayed" and it turned out that my internet was down

yes with priceline. but that was my fault, you should never pay before you know what you are going to get. Yahoo customer service is great - i once booked the wrong flight and they kindly cancelled it for me.
