Like some students look WAY too young for there age...why is that?

Simple:

Depending on their genes, kids go through puberty at different times - a lot of the time years apart. Some stay short all through junior high, and by the time they get to high school they are a foot taller. I'ts all just a matter of who grows first is all.

Besides, some kids just look younger anyway because of their facial features. You could know a 14-year-old with really deep voice but because of his features he looks more like he's 10. This varies from person to person.

It is in their gene. Some age faster than others.
