It's pretty simple just beat some eggs and sprinkle a bit of sugar or icing sugar and add a little milk and a bit of baking powder and sprinkle in the flour and blend until the mixture pours slowly from a fork. I make these all the time but I never measured it. I'll see if I can find a site to copy a recipe and paste here if I do. Ok I found a recipe -btw the link will take you to recipes for many different flavoured pancakes as well as this basic one âº
Ingredients for Basic Pancakes Recipe
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tbs. sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
In a large bowl, blend the dry ingredients thoroughly (flour, salt, sugar and baking powder).
Add the butter, milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and stir until the pancake batter is just blended, with no large lumps.
Spray a griddle or non-stick frying pan with pan spray or lightly oil, heat it until drops of water sizzle.
Pour spoonfuls of the pancake batter onto the hot surface. When bubbles rise in each pancake, it is usually time to flip it. Cook until golden brown.
Serve with butter and maple pancake syrup or fruit sauce. Pancakes are also excellent with fresh fruit.

These pancakes are great...made from scratch.
1 1/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons oil
Stir together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk, and oil, add to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Bake on a hot griddle. Flip cakes when bubbles begin to appear. Makes about eight 4-inch pancakes, or 10-12 dollar-size pancakes. Top with butter, syrup, brown or powdered sugar. Also good with any kind of fresh fruit topping, chocolate chips, whipped cream, etc. Delicious!!

1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon salad oil, you can also use olive oil, there is on change in taste.
mix all dry ingredients, add egg, milk and oil.
I use a gravy ladle to ladle out the batter onto a hot greased griddle. Wait until batter bubbles and is dry looking on top. Flip. Will make about 5 to 6 pancakes depending on size. You do not need to mix very long, just long enough to mix well. You also can substitute whole wheat flour for the regular flour, or splenda for the sugar.

Dude, go buy some Aunt Jemima pancake mix and add water. Only grandmas know how to make it from flour. Even if you got the correct recipe, you'll never get it right. Guys screw up. We all do. Trust me on this. If you want pancakes, this is the way to go.

you will need self-rising flour( if you have all purpose you will need to add baking powder). 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1tbsp. oil, 1/2 tbsp sugar, the quantity of milk depends on how thin or thick you like your pancakes. To add flavor you can add vanilla, cinnamon, mashed bananas, blueberries or whatever you like. Good luck!

Flour, eggs, buttermilk, maybe a pinch of vanilla extract. I couldn't tell you exactly how much, I just throw everything into a bowl.

Go to foodtv.com for all your recipe needs. My suggestion only would be to use fresh, cold seltzer water instead of any liquid. The carbonation will fluff them up phenomenally
