my little cuzin [3 1/2] says hi!! she wants to see if someone will answer her she doesnt understand how people get the message to her through the computer and wants to see what you'd say to her if she said hi!!

Hello Babe's little cousin.
What happens is there's a big computer someplace and your cousin's (babe) computer talks to it and leaves the message saying that you said hi.
All of our computer's then contact that computer to see what messages other people left. It's like a bulletin board at the grocery store where people post stuf like lost dogs or free kittens. When we see a message we want to answer we click on that one and it lets us answer it. So that the next time your cousing checks, she will see all the nice messages people left to say hi to you.
I hope that explains it?
EDIT: Explain to her that computers have their own kind of language. If you have dial up, lift the receiver so she can hear them "talk". She'll get a kick out of that.
Another thing you might want to try is speech. You can get to it under control panel. It'll talk in a computery voice. But I don't have a clue what it's used for, other than for fun.
