Sounds like you already made your decision. If you don't want a mustache, by all means shave it off.

I think you are too young for a mustache. These are your formative years. Have fun and act like a 14 year old. There is time later to grow a mustache.

My son had a beard and mustache at 14. He shaved it off, kept it shaved until he was about 17, but now he's hairy like an ape...lol. If you can handle it, wax it, it doesn't really grow in a lot thicker that way.

well if you don't like it then experiment a little....shave it off.....then try it for a few days when you won't see your friends it is summer you know! then YOU decide whether or not YOU like it shaved or not.......this is your decision not a bunch of other peoples yeah you can ask for advice but in the end you'll just have to pick the best advice and go with what YOU want!
P.S I don't think I'm really good at this advice thing but I'm having fun giving it a shot sorry if you don't like my advice and good luck with the moustache oh and you know I know some guys with moustache too its ok to start becoming a man....(just act like a little kid in gym class)

The more you shave, the better your facial hair will develop. Nothing looks worse than a teenager who DOESN'T shave and who ends up with long stringy "things" and a blotchy face.
Also, make sure you exfoliate your face once a week. It will help you cut down on acne and will give you a better complexion, which the girls will appreciate.

Yeah you can shave it off. I would use an electric razor. Don't feel bad either. I had a full beard at age 13. So I know what your going through.

if you don't want it of course you should shave it of I don't like mustaches on men they are ugly on some and scratchy. The clean face look is much better.

No, it will come in thicker.
Have it waxed and with time, the hair follicles will fade away.
At 16, your hormones should be gushing. If you are getting a mustache, it means your estrogen is waning. I would go to a doctor and have your hormonal levels checked.

If you like it,do not shave it.It may take a awhile to re-grow if you are only 14..I would think. But I have never had this dilemma,never,never..so good luck on deciding,it seems like you will make the best choice..for you and your personal taste.

If you want it to stay its softest, don't shave it. My husband has never shaved his mustache and it is very soft and sexy. Why no mustache?
