for smart arses: heroines could get killed at the end of the movie, right?

for even smarter arses: movie sequels have absoloutly nada to do with logic. heroines get reseructed, reconstructed, have their twin sister appear out of the thin nonsensical blue, dont they?

I don't think I would have the heart to kill the heroine in the movie, what happens to the sequel?

why would she have to die? how about putting her in a coma?
If she just has to die and you might want to make a sequel why not have her die in the beginning? then everything after that would be a flashback.
