Well, as black magic is magic for selfish purposes, the question is inconsistent with the desire to save lives, unless there is ulterior motive such as power, wealth, and a harem.
Lets us cast that aside, and concentrate on right approach. Simply send waves of unconditional love, and if your magic is powerful enough, the fabrics of the universe will be bent for the benefit of all being...
Well, in fact you don't need spiritual tantra or magic of whatever colour. All you need is a good heart, learn first aid, and fill out an organ donation form.
Oh, and by the way... stop bragging about your tantric and magical abilities! So far everyone who have bragged have been found out to be muggles. I am assuming that you know who muggles are!

But here is a possible answer.
If you Tantra is so powerful, it is as powerful as the weekness of the one it is aim to affect.
If you want to help save lives, the best way to do so is simply by encouraging them to be very focused on their inner space and their heart and not be affected by outside influences...

You will not save anything through black magic. If you really want to learn/practise magic, it should only be white because that won't do harm as black magic will. Black magic is for selfish/evil purposes.
