White kind of hotel are you asking about, and are these hotels only located in the United States, or in other countries? Hotels will have different appliances for what a culture values over other appliances.

I retired from food service after 30 yrs. and had the opportunity to visit a lot of different Hotels and such. I think any well stocked kitchen would have all that is necessary to perform duties. Such as dishwasher, buffalo chopper, var. types of small-wares. sheet pans for baking. pizza oven, various types of dinnerware, glassware. Cutlery, walk-in cooler, freezer,good chef, such as I. steam tables, food processor, large one of course. Ice machine. The list is so large.

Different motels have different setups.
Call the motel and ask what they have to meet your special needs, when you make your reservation. If they can't provide what you need, call a different motel.
